これは、パネルに新しいアイテムの追加をするダイアログで、プラグイン名の下に
表示されるプラグインの説明です。
で、他のものはほとんど「ですます」調なのでそれに合わせたほうがいいと思います。
これはモデム経由でのPPP接続を行ってくれるプラグインだそうですので、
なんかそんななかんじで (具体例書かなくてすんません :P
